Refund Policy

Thank you for business association with Express Group of Companies.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a service we invite you to review our policy on refunds. If you paid for your services via a credit/debit card/cash, you can reach our finance team of Express Group of Companies with valid reason and also ask for a refund to your credit/debit card or Cash.


The following terms are applicable for any services you took from us.


Definitions


For the purposes of this Refund Policy:


* If the work has not started, full amount will be retained to the Client. Surcharge and plan review fees are deducted seperately.
* A full refund will be made if the department is in error.
* Submit written explation of refund request within 180 calendar days of payment of the premit fee. Request refunds by mail to the finance department.
* Refunds are paid by transfer/cash only. It takes 4 to 6 weeks for a refund amount to be issued.
